1.Custom Orders & Final Sale

 Because all products are custom-made using your uploaded imagery, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or customer errors (such as uploading low-resolution images, incorrect cropping, or typos). If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will happily replace it.

Photo Ownership & Rights

By uploading photos or files to STIKORA website, you represent and warrant that:

·       You, the customer, own the copyright to the uploaded content.  Although, by uploading images to STIKORA website, you grant our company permission to use the images to create custom product as per order customer placed with implied consent of people pictured.

• The content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You retain full ownership of your images. STIKORA.Co LLC claims no ownership rights over any content you submit.

Prohibited Content

STIKORA.Co LLC reserves the right to review and cancel any order containing content that we deem unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights. If an order is canceled due to a violation of this policy, a full refund will be issued.

Image Quality & Color Discrepancies

• Resolution: You are responsible for ensuring uploaded images meet quality and resolution standards for printing. STIKORA.Co LLC is not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution source files.

• Color Accuracy: Colors displayed on digital screens may vary slightly from printed physical products due to differences in screen calibrations and print processing.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. STIKORA.CO LLC will not be responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped. STIKORA.Co LLC is not responsible for lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier, though we will assist in resolving shipping issues where possible.

Limitation of Liability

STIKORA.Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products beyond the purchase price of the item ordered.
